The breakfast was great with good options (eggs, rolls, potatoes, etc.). They also offered many teas, coffees, and juices. The majority of the staff was outstanding. Special emphasis on the woman working the when we checked in. She was amazing and the restaurant she recommended was excellent. She had a great attitude and was very personable. In regards to the rooms, they were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Great hotel. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others.

From the time we arrived (early 10am) the front office staff went out of their way to accomodate our luggage and advised as soon as the room was ready. as well we had left additional luggage two days before that the staff put o9n storage. The young Ukrainian lady and the young man at the front of house need special thanks.

The location was good. Room size was decent Beds were comfortable. Overall a nice stay. The busy centre Holstentor was about 10mins walk from the hotel. Many restaurants and eateries are located near that area. The famous marzipan place, cafe niederegger is another 10mins walk ahead from Holstentor.

the location was spot on right in the center of the city and literally right next to the station very kind and friendly staff specially for checking in and out pretty big and cosy room and a nice bathroom it was a great stay

The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel was very close to the city centre and easy to get to from the motorway. There was some free parking directly outside the hotel.
